Confinement food is now at the shopping mall!
(*geezz*..it has been sooo long time ago since i last updated this blog i began to forget how to blog already!! Haha. Salahkan Twitter! Salahkan Twitter! Da*n you Twitter!)
Alhamdulillah, approaching the 17th week of my pregnancy, my morning sickness has subsided, i only puked once in a while, triggered by ‘unusual usual smells’, or just being too tired being a madwoman doing housechores ,yup, i’m officially maidless! (o how i wish we stayed at a 1000sqft house again now, LOL!). **Got to do the laundry now**sweep the floor**scrub the toilet**toys, more toys & random things on the floor, why? why?,argh!**oh no drypers Sarah dah habis...*dang*!!**
Anyyywayyyy…. below is sequence of pictures i wanted to post agesss ago….taken during the terrible muntah Badang days. Eventhough i look hUgE compared to my fellow preggo colleagues with EDD earlier than mine, i actually lost a few kilos as most of the food i ate were rejected a few hours after i ate’em. *sigh*. It was fun tough hunting for food that my stomach agrees: on working days i only ate a small portion of plain rice + spinach or chicken rice…and during the weekend, i beg mr.Daddy to bring me to Pavilion! Yup! Not to buy a Coach purse nor berebut try kasut/handbag @ Charles & Keith (serious sesak mcm Vincci!! LOL), but to indulge in my ULTIMATE FIRST TRIMESTER COMFORT FOOD 2009 which can be found only at Pepper Lunch!! I heart the beef pepper rice!
The beef pepper rice is plain rice with irresistible aroma of fresh, roasted black pepper & unique pepper butter with thiny-sliced beef (c&p from the webstie hehe). Very peppery…yummmy! i told ya it’s a confinement food!!
The meat are served to the customer raw in a special hot plate…and so you’ll have to flip the beef (to cook it) & stir/mix it with other ingredients in your plate to unleash the flavour.
Then pour some honey brown sauce to give you the complete sweetness. oohlala! Sarah pun suka!
and mr.Daddy ? He just loves the steak!
Yummy yummy. I forgot to take the pic of the desserts: both caramel and green tea soft ice-cream were so delicious they definitely completed the meal.
I wish they would open a branch in Jusco Seremban2 (uhuh so specific!) so that i can go shopping have mY Pepper Lunch during my confinement end of this year!!! . *drooling*. (btw, Pepper Lunch in Pavilion is located opposite JCo Donut, in case you wanna give it a try lah… *wink*)
